As a complex care coordinator, you will be planning and rostering care staff into shifts and ensure that the care workers and nurses that are responsible for delivering care and support on a day-to-day basis attend their shifts as planned.

The care coordinator will organise rotas a month in advance for the complex care clients.

About you

  • You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
  • You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven.
  • You will have worked in care and ideally will have coordination / rota experience.
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

What’s on offer for the Complex Care Coordinator?

Our client will offer you a salary of £30,000 Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm, plus on call is 1 in 5 weekends (this could reduce in time) and 1 evening / morning per week (1700 - 2300/0600).
