HRS Healthcare Ltd in Brighton is seeking an experienced Complex Carer with progression to Field Care Supervisor. You will support adults and children with complex needs (spinal injuries, ABI, tracheostomy, ventilation) on a 1:1 basis to enable safe home living.
Based in Sussex, you will supervise and develop the care team under Nurse Manager guidance. You will perform care needs assessments, plan rotations, conduct inductions, and lead team meetings to maintain high standards.
