Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the marketing plan and overseeing the implementation of the marketing activities for HRS Communications. Reporting to the CEO and CMO, you will ensure the marketing plan is delivered on time, on budget and meets agreed KPIs. You will be responsible for campaign delivery, analysing and reporting marketing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Support with development of the marketing strategy; conduct market research, and provide industry insights and trend analysis to inform the marketing strategy.
- Marketing Planning: Develop a marketing plan of activity; develop a content strategy and calendar of activity; lead the development of an events and partnership strategy and calendar of activity; lead the marketing budget management, tracking and reporting; manage all marketing data (including CRM); set and review key marketing KPIs.
- Marketing Delivery: Manage performance of external agencies against agreed KPIs, including website, SEO and graphic design agencies; lead and support the Marketing Exec to manage HRS’ social media platforms; coordinate marketing events, including webinars, trade shows and conferences; help develop and maintain the HRS brand across all communications channels.
- Marketing Analysis: Responsible for performance monitoring and reporting; lead from the front with new ideas and creative marketing recommendations.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior members of the marketing team; collaborate with other teams including medical writing, design, and account management.
- Management Meetings: Attend monthly management meetings to provide updates on marketing activities, discuss campaign results, share insights, and help inform agency-wide strategic planning.
- Thought Leadership: Assist in positioning HRS and team as thought leaders in the nutrition communications space.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the health, wellness, or nutrition industry; proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, excellent communication skills, strong project management skills, analytical mindset, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for Nutrition & Wellness: A genuine interest and passion for nutrition, health, and wellness.
- Qualifications: Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field; CIM qualification or working towards one (Desirable not essential).
