Internationally touring orchestral show, is seeking an experienced Concert Musical Director (m/w/d) to join our visionary team, bringing musical excellence to life in our film music concerts and cultural projects worldwide.

Your Tasks

  • Lead the artistic and musical direction of concerts, ensuring performances reach the highest standard of quality.
  • Collaborate with artists, orchestras, and performers to deliver visionary productions.
  • Develop and adapt musical arrangements for live performances.
  • Supervise rehearsals and manage musical aspects of concert preparation.
  • Participate in the selection of top-tier talent for performances and productions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to align music with staging, sound, and lighting.

Your Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a musical director or similar role in live entertainment or concerts.
  • Exceptional skills in musical arrangement and conducting.
  • Extensive knowledge of various musical genres, especially film music and orchestral works.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with artists and manage musical teams.
  • Experience in identifying and selecting top-tier talent for live productions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
