We are seeking a highly technical and commercially astute Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our growing regional data center team. This is a client-facing, high-impact role where you will shape bespoke colocation solutions for enterprise and hyperscale customers across Southeast Asia.

What You’ll Do- Lead deep-dive technical discussions with enterprise and hyperscale clients to define colocation requirements
- Design custom data center solutions covering space, power, rack density, and advanced cooling strategies
- Advise on high-density deployments, including liquid cooling and Direct-to-Chip technologies
- Own technical proposals for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with clear articulation of performance, efficiency, and scalability
- Partner closely with commercial teams to align engineering design with business and pricing strategy
- Act as the key technical bridge between Singapore sales teams and Malaysia delivery & engineering teams
- Lead technical facility tours and serve as a trusted technical advisor to client engineering stakeholders
- 5+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting
- At least 2 years in data centers, hyperscale infrastructure, or telecom environments
- Strong expertise in M&E systems: UPS, generators, chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling
- Understanding of SEA data center markets and regulatory landscape
- Ability to simplify complex engineering concepts into clear business value
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline (PE or certifications such as CDCP / ATD are a plus)
- Experience with large-scale deployments (10MW+) and sustainability initiatives is highly valued
- Regional exposure across Singapore & Malaysia
- Work on cutting-edge AI-ready, high-density data center projects
- Direct impact on multi-megawatt hyperscale deals
- Competitive package: S$8,000/month + AWS + ~2 months variable bonus
