A high-growth international organisation is scaling rapidly across EMEA and is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to help build the expansion engine. This is a rare, end-to-end role where you'll own new-country people set-up while staying close to the business as a true generalist partner. If you enjoy autonomy, pace, and building something that genuinely enables growth, this one has real stretch and visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end HR delivery for new-country entry across priority EMEA markets, ensuring compliant, day-one readiness.
  • Build and embed a repeatable "country launch playbook" so the business can scale fast without chaos or key-person risk.
  • Lead vendor/EOR oversight and transitions to local entities, challenging providers and balancing speed, cost and risk.
  • Put practical in-country foundations in place (contracts, policies, payroll/benefits setup, onboarding, allowances, local ways of working).
  • Deliver hands-on HRBP/generalist support to leaders (ER, performance, coaching, org change), bringing solutions not just advice.
  • Strengthen culture and engagement through growth-helping leaders communicate clearly, bring teams with them, and keep momentum.

Experience:

  • Multi-country HR Business Partnering experience in a regulated, fast-moving environment (EMEA exposure essential).
  • Proven entity set-up or market-entry execution in key countries (France/Germany/Italy/Spain; UK experience advantageous).
  • Strong employee relations and manager advisory capability, confident handling complex, sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder influence across Finance/Legal/Commercial, with the commercial judgement to make smart trade-offs.
  • Track record delivering change in a scaling or acquisition-led organisation-standardising processes and improving the employee experience.

A commercially savvy, collaborative self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds trust fast, and lands outcomes at pace will thrive in this role. Excellent career opportunities and a highly attractive package on offer for this permanent appointment.
