Requirements
The Role
As Nurse Manager you'll lead the development and day-to-day management of our community nursing and complex care services.
You'll combine strong clinical leadership with commercial awareness, ensuring outstanding care while helping grow an ambitious new service.
The role includes overseeing clinical governance, managing complex care packages, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining compliance, and supporting business development.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is a Registered Nurse (NMC)
- Has experience managing community nursing or complex care services
- Is confident leading and developing teams
- Understands CQC/Care Inspectorate regulations and clinical governance
- Enjoys solving problems and thinking differently
- Is ambitious and wants to build something special
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills
- Autonomy
You'll have the freedom to shape how the service develops - not simply follow existing processes.
