HRLife are working with a values driven, people first organisation to find them a TUPE Specialist for a 4-6 month project. You’ll ideally be immediately available, happy to commit for the initial 4-6 month duration and be an expert at everything TUPE! Working with the broader HR team, you will be supporting on a TUPE project which involves supporting and managing complex transfers, resolving any issues, escalating risks and ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll be providing expert advice to HR, senior stakeholders and employees as required, communicating effectively on any changes, updates or supporting with post transfer queries. Someone who enjoys managing projects / change and continuous improvement will be well suited to this role as there will be some process change work relating to TUPE coming up too that you’ll be supporting with. This is a great role for someone who likes being busy, loves getting into the detail, and enjoys managing a process from start to finish. If you’ve worked in a multi-site, blue collar environment with a diverse workforce then that would be a distinct advantage. Experience of resolving ER cases and dealing with associated HR work relating to TUPE would also be good! Salary c.60k.
