HRLife is working with a highly successful, people centric SME to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. With a recently appointed HR Director in place, this is an exciting time to join the business. You’ll work closely with them to further develop and enhance the Talent Acquisition offering as the organisation continues to grow.

This is a high-profile, business-critical role with real scope to make your mark. You’ll lead the Talent Acquisition function end-to-end, bringing your expertise in what good TA looks like, from ensuring robust processes and data-driven decision making through to delivering a genuinely positive candidate experience.

Working as an integral part of the wider HR team, you’ll manage the Talent Acquisition team and take ownership of all recruitment activity. The role is broad and varied with a high content of project work. That could include introducing more insight-led recruitment practices, refining how the organisation positions itself in the market, and ensuring the EVP clearly reflects what makes this business a great place to work.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the design and implementation of a robust recruitment strategy in line with the growth of the business and regional needs.
  • Own all talent acquisition practices and documents, shaping them to meet evolving business needs.
  • Work alongside key stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build robust talent pools for critical and future roles.
  • Share and highlight insightful recruitment intelligence to the business leaders to help them make data-informed decisions.
  • Manage and optimise presence on key platforms to include relevant job boards, social media and professional networks to help broaden reach into competitive markets.
  • Leverage insights to ensure that salary packages are correctly positioned and remain competitive.
  • Ultimately, ensure that all TA services align to the company’s inclusion strategy, supporting their aim to truly be a great place to work.

They’re looking for a TA Manager who truly absorbs themselves not only into the business but also into the wider recruitment landscape, keeping close to the labour market trends and the talent supply. Utilising this knowledge, you’ll shape a forward-looking recruitment strategy that supports attraction, retention and organisation growth.

Your profile will include:
  • A proven track record in a Talent Acquisition Management role ideally with global scope.
  • A strong in-house TA background, with proven tenure and the ability to clearly articulate end-to-end projects you’ve led and delivered.
  • Experience delivering impact and leading others through change.
  • A background in pharmaceutical/scientific, healthcare, professional services or a fee-earning environment.
  • A strong data and metrics mindset.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • High emotional intelligence.

This role will be hybrid working, 2/3 days in their Oxfordshire office.
