HRLife are excited to be supporting a passionate HR Manager to find them a talented and efficient People Co-ordinator for their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked previously in a People or HR team and now looking to broaden their experience and learn new things.
You will be providing an efficient and proactive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring excellent employee experience, effective administration, wellbeing coordination and support for health and safety compliance activities.
No two days will be the same so this would suit someone who is organised, keen, able to juggle multiple projects at one time and loves being busy!
Key responsibilities will include;
- Coordinate end to end administration for all recruitment activity
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and references
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Manage induction administration and support onboarding delivery
- Coordinate probation review processes and maintain tracking
- Manage HRIS to maintain accurate electronic employee records
- Coordinate annual HR processes including performance reviews
- Coordinate learning and development administration and maintain training records
- Coordinates the end to end offboarding journey
- Support employee engagement initiatives and support and embed new initiatives
- Coordinate, promote and communicate the annual wellbeing calendar and programme of activities
- Coordinate and publish weekly office rotas to enable effective operational planning
- Manage the online health & safety training portal and produce reports as required
- Co-ordinate and promote all health & safety updates for staff, workshops and publications
- Manage all health and safety administration
- Provide occasional cover for the Facilities Administrator to ensure continuity of all office activity
This is a broad generalist HR role which will allow you to work closely with the HR Manager and learn new things.
