We’re looking for a commercially minded, proactive and personable Senior HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment for a 6–12 month FTC. This is an exciting time to join this global business as they are going through a significant period of transformation.

Working closely with senior leaders across the corporate functions, you’ll play a key role in supporting them and their teams through change, helping to win hearts and minds and ensuring the people agenda supports the wider direction of the business.

We’re looking for an accomplished HR partner – someone who can think strategically, quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders and provide thoughtful coaching and challenge, but who is equally happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved in the day-to-day. Whether that’s navigating a complex ER issue, supporting organisational change, developing leadership capability or helping a manager work through a tricky people challenge, you’ll be comfortable moving between the strategic and operational.

You’ll need to be pacy, resilient and confident operating in an evolving environment where priorities can shift. Building strong relationships will be key. A big part of the role will also be coaching, leading and mentoring managers, helping to upskill leaders and build greater confidence and capability across the business.

  • Are confident coaching, challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Have experience supporting transformation and organisational change
