Are you a commercially focused HRBP with a passion and expertise in organisational development? We’re delighted to be working with an innovative, growing business operating in the healthcare technology sector as they look to expand their HR team and hire a commercially focused HRBP to work with populations based in both the UK and the US.

This is an exciting time of change for the business and HR will be crucial in that, supporting culture development and building leadership capability. This is a broad generalist role encompassing ER, Performance Management through to Training and Development. Working with the wider HR team you’ll deliver strategic and operational People initiatives and projects including:

  • Driving talent management and succession planning
  • Coaching leaders on performance management and career development
  • Challenging and influencing leaders to drive high performance
  • Supporting compensation, reward & recognition

As such, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner with a strong track record in leading organisational transformation and supporting senior leaders through change. You’ll be innovative, creative – someone who will help shape and influence the business's people strategy.

Substantial HRBP experience gained in a rapidly growing, fast-paced business.

Experience in pharmaceutical, medical technology or life sciences sectors.

The ability to build strong working relationships and demonstrate a commercial and customer-focused approach.

Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office.
