Love resourcing? Love Data? Love providing a brilliant candidate experience? Looking for an in-house talent focused role where you can add significant impact? If you're looking for a broad, varied in-house talent role where no two days are the same and are passionate about building candidate pipelines, talent mapping and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers then this could be a great role for you.

You'll also be providing support with end-to-end recruitment activity for UK based roles so you'll have exposure to stakeholders and be an integral member of the TA team. Working with other TA colleagues in the UK and US, you will leverage a variety of sourcing methods and digital tools to identify diverse talent across multiple geographies and functions, with a particular focus on technical, quality, and operational roles.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing administration support to the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and reporting on key talent metrics and maintaining the ATSEVP.
  • Supporting the development of employer brand and contributing to continuous improvement in recruitment processes, data and metric reporting and the candidate experience.
  • Candidate Sourcing - identifying, attracting and engaging potential candidates for current and future vacancies across global locations using a variety of talent attraction and sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, events and market research).
  • Screening Candidates - review CVs and applications to provide credible, tailored shortlists.
  • Interviewing - conduct structured initial telephone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and experience.
  • Candidate Management - manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience with timely, constructive feedback.
  • Talent Pipelining - conduct proactive market and talent mapping to build pipelines for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Market Insight & Data - provide data-driven insights on sourcing performance, talent availability, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.

You'll ideally have a background as a Recruitment Researcher or Talent Sourcer within either an internal Talent Acquisition function or in a candidate sourcing focused recruitment agency role who is now looking to make the move in-house. If you're analytical, curious, data-driven and used to working in a fast-paced environment then we'd love to hear from you. Experience of using Excel is essential. Ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with an ATS and LinkedIn. This is an on-site role in Oxford, with flexibility required around working hours, in order to collaborate with key stakeholders across the business in both the UK and US.
