Experience of working in high volume recruitment? Used to working in a multi-site business hiring a mix of roles? We’re working with an exciting, fast-paced business who are going through a period of growth and recruitment is definitely high on their agenda!
Working as part of a friendly, inclusive HR team, this role requires someone who can work at pace, build relationships with hiring managers, understand their hiring requirements, advise and guide on the best recruitment methodology and deliver a timely, relevant shortlist of suitable candidates.
A typical week could encompass:
- Understanding a variety of stakeholder’s recruitment requirements
- Uploading adverts to the relevant job boards
- Screening advert responses, sifting CVs
- Scheduling and conducting telephone interviews
- Providing accurate and meaningful recruitment data such as time to hire
- Training managers on recruitment processes
As this is a high-volume recruitment role, you’ll need pre-existing high-volume recruitment experience gained within a commercial, fast-moving business. In addition, you’ll be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, able to manage your own workload
- Solution focused and forward thinking
- Strong communication skills
This is based in Milton Keynes. During the probation period you will be in the office 5 days a week, moving to 3-4 days in the office thereafter.
