HRLife are excited to be partnering with an international business to find them a pro-active HR Advisor for 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. Available to start in April, you will be either immediately available or on a short notice period.

This role requires someone who loves working in a high-performing team, being visible and is happy rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in. This is a great role for someone who enjoys being busy, loves variety as no two days will be the same!

Working with the wider HR team, you will have a generalist HR background. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide sound HR advice to managers and employees on HR policies, disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management, absence management and general ER issues.
  • Provide support at formal performance and absence meetings ensuring employees and managers feel supported and all advice is in line with company policies and employment laws.
  • Work closely with managers to provide a business partnering approach, answering queries and ensuring follow up and execution.
  • Work with the Head of HR and HR Manager to roll out and embed new engagement initiatives as required.
  • Oversee and record all absence reporting within the Workday system and provide reports as needed.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making on headcount, spend and people trends.
  • Assist with reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures as required.
  • Be the day to day Workday go-to in respect of compliance, ad-hoc and routine reporting.
