The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Life are working with a client to find them an Interim HR manager for an initial 6 month period to support them during a busy period whilst they implement Workday. You will be a generalist HR professional who has supported with a Workday implementation.
You will be someone who can multi-task, roll your sleeves up, and be happy to take on varied tasks while supporting with generalist HR activities as well as embedding Workday into the business.
Communicating with stakeholders, you will understand what the business needs regarding the new system, building processes and templates in Workday to make it fit for purpose. Supporting the project manager, you will have a great understanding of the system, be a 'do-er', and make things happen to ensure employees and managers are using the system effectively.
Supporting with ad-hoc projects too - experience of acquisitions and integrations, implementing and embedding other new systems would be advantageous.
Initially for 6 months, you will be working through an umbrella company, so someone who is available to start before the end of July would be preferred.
