HRLife is looking for an Interim HR Data Analyst for a 6-month period to work with a large global business reporting directly into the CPO. This is a great opportunity for someone who can shape the creation of Group data and reporting which is in its infancy. A real self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and is skilled and adept in collecting, analysing and interpreting employee data from a variety of sources, providing valuable insights that will drive strategic HR initiatives. Requiring a combination of strong technical skills, HR knowledge and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively you’ll be responsible for:
- Gathering, organising and creating employee data from HRIS, payroll systems and other sources
- Analysing data to identify trends and insights related to work force planning, talent management, performance and D&I
- Creating reports, dashboards and visualisations for HR leadership
- Providing data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and programs
- Working with other teams to help optimise the HRIS
Proven experience as a Senior HR Data Analyst is a must. This role will suit someone who has previously worked in a business where they’ve had the challenge of creating and shaping the foundations of robust data and insights and understands what good HR data and reporting looks like. You’ll enjoy that mix of working strategically whilst delivering operationally. In addition, you’ll have:
- The ability to collaborate, connect and influence stakeholders
- Experience of working with HRIS platforms and strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- An intellectual curiosity
- Strong organisational skills
