Base Pay Range
Salary c.65k plus benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and employee data management
- Partner with the Rewards and Benefits team to align payroll, performance, and benefits processes with accurate employee data and timely coordination of changes
- Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to ensure end‑to‑end process consistency and efficiency across the EMEA region
- Support the SAP SuccessFactors implementation team with designing workflows for absence, onboarding and employee data
- Support user training, change management, and knowledge transfer to embed new SAP modules
- Contribute to the ongoing optimisation and maintenance of the new HRIS post‑go‑live, ensuring system accuracy and continuous improvement
- Conduct internal data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to policies and SLAs
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast‑paced HR function delivering HR Operations for a high‑growth, multi‑national organisation
- Strong understanding of UK and EMEA HR processes, with the ability to adapt to regional legal and compliance requirements
- Proven experience contributing to HR system implementations and/or HR transformation projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong process mindset; experience in process mapping, data governance, and workflow optimisation
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver results to deadlines

9‑12 month FTC; January start; Oxford based – 3 days a week, 2 days remote.
