HRLife are looking for a talented HRBP with broad generalist experience for their Berkshire based, medium sized International business.
As HR Business Partner, you will be working in a small HR team and providing support to UK employees with all day-to-day activities ensuring consistency with their people decisions, policies and procedures.
You\’ll have worked previously in a unionised business where you’ve built great relationships and really added value to the people agenda.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Partnering with senior leaders to define and develop the people plan – understanding the main people challenges, providing advice and support to managers and employees to allow them to effectively interpret policies to guide them on best practice ensuring consistency
- Building great relationships with stakeholders and managers internally, acting as a true business partner providing sound advice
- Ensure all ER issues are dealt with effectively and sensitively ensuring high engagement
- Supporting on all TUPE, bid and new contract wins
- Providing both strategic and operational support on talent, succession planning, development, engagement, culture activities
- Participate in the annual compensation cycle including bench marking in addition to overseeing and enhancing the benefits offering
- Developing processes and suggesting improvements with regards to current ways of working and embedding them
- Creating, developing and implementing practical and effective methods, to enhance the HR experience for employees to encourage continuous learning and development
