Life are looking for an immediately available HR Co-ordinator for an initial 6 month contract for our client in Abingdon. You will have 6-12 months experience already from an HR or People function and looking to build your experience and skills in a friendly, relaxed environment supporting both the People Operations and L&D team.

Supporting both teams with all related administration such as:

  • Managing the inboxes for the People and L&D teams
  • Answering queries and providing timely responses
  • Supporting with queries on Visa's, promotions, payroll, holiday, maternity etc.
  • Providing monthly reports on absence, headcount etc.
  • Supporting the L&D team with course co-ordination from scheduling the learning sessions to course evaluation and feedback

Flexibility on hours may be on offer for the right individual. Start ASAP. Salary - between 28-32k.
