HRLife are partnering with a London-based, people-centric SME as they look to appoint an HR Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity has been created to support a busy and growing HR team and would suit someone looking to build their HR experience in a hugely supportive environment. Whether you're a recent graduate with some HR exposure or have already started your HR career, this role will offer broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle and the opportunity to learn from an experienced HR team.
Joining a small, friendly and collaborative team, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR administration while supporting a variety of HR initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing offer letters, contracts and associated employment documentation
- Managing the onboarding process for new starters
- Supporting recruitment administration, interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Coordinating inductions and ensuring a positive new starter experience
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR data
- Supporting leaver processes and associated administration
- Booking training courses and coordinating learning activities
- Assisting with HR reporting and ad-hoc project work
- Providing general administrative support across the HR function
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in building a career in HR
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others
- Has a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Can manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining accuracy
