We’re working with a fast-paced, evolving business that’s going through a period of change and they’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them on a 6-12 month fixed term contract. This is a busy, hands-on role where you’ll be partnering with a small client group with a wide range of employee relations activity. If you enjoy being close to the detail, building relationships quickly and adding value from day one, this could be a great fit. You’ll be joining at a time where there’s a lot happening, so someone who can bring calm, clarity and confidence to ER casework will be key.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to your client group
- Managing employee relations (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
- Coaching and supporting managers through people challenges
- Ensuring a consistent, fair and commercially sound approach to ER
- Getting involved in wider HR activity where needed as it’s all hands on deck
