Job Description

HRLife are keen to speak with immediately available HR Professionals with a background in OD for an initial 6-12 month FTC to support our client who is embarking on a period of significant change.

This is a great role for someone who loves OD and restructuring, working closely with stakeholders to support the business achieve its longer term goals and strategic objectives.

You'll be working with two key areas of the business to help shape the structure, identify key roles, processes and culture in line with the broader business objectives with a focus on improved performance, maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideally you'll have worked in a unionised, multi-site, mixed blue and white collar business and be able to roll your sleeves up and get into the detail as well as provide sound, strategic advice and guidance.

You'll be expected to be onsite 3 days a week at various locations in Berkshire so being mobile, flexible and local is essential.

Salary c.85k plus bens.
