Life are excited to be partnering with a growing business who are looking to hire a pro-active, inquisitive HR and Recruitment Co-ordinator who loves being busy and juggling different priorities. This role will report to the CPO and will provide support to both the HR and the internal recruitment teams to help elevate the function and work closely with the business to provide a slick, efficient administration offering as the business focuses on change, growth and automation.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing administration support to the full employee lifecycle to include drafting and issuing contracts and change letters, benefit administration and full onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Updating and maintaining the HRIS.
- Answering all queries from employees on issues such as maternity, paternity, absence etc.
- Support with ER cases – drafting letters, note taking etc.
- Supporting TA / Recruitment with scheduling interviews.
- ATS administration – ensuring every applicant is responded to and receives a great candidate experience.
- New starter onboarding and running the induction process.
- Producing all new starter contracts via the ATS.
- Supporting with ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked previously in an HR or Recruitment team with knowledge of using an HRIS / ATS system. CIPD Qualification would be a distinct advantage. This role is hybrid – 3 days in the Guildford office and 2 days at home. Salary to 35k plus benefits.
