Operating within a decentralised, fast-paced and intellectually curious business, this role offers genuine breadth and visibility. Combining strategic reward design, governance and executive compensation with people leadership and hands-on delivery, it's an opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Leading a small global team, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the Group, helping shape and evolve reward frameworks that support growth, performance and fairness across an international population.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Director of Total Rewards in the development, implementation and governance of reward frameworks for senior management populations
  • Leading reward projects, governance activity and executive compensation processes
  • Preparing papers and analysis for RemCo activity
  • Driving reward insight, benchmarking and market analysis across UK and US populations
  • Leading and developing a small global Total Rewards team
  • Ensuring that global mobility policies are aligned with market practice and strategic objectives
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across a complex, decentralised structure
  • Supporting the evolution of reward frameworks aligned to business growth and performance

This role will suit a commercially minded reward professional who thrives in a pacey, evolving environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery. Alongside strong technical reward expertise, they're looking for someone with high emotional intelligence, learning agility and intellectual curiosity. Someone collaborative, credible and able to influence with confidence across multiple stakeholder groups.

Your background will encompass:

  • Significant experience in a senior reward role with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic reward programmes
  • Strong knowledge of UK reward governance and Executive Pay practices, with some experience working directly with or interfacing with Remuneration Committees
  • Experience within a listed, international or multi-business environment will be highly advantageous
  • Leading, managing and developing high-performing reward teams
  • Previous global mobility exposure

Hybrid working – 2 to 3 days in the office. Up to £120k base plus a comprehensive benefits package including generous bonus.
