HRLife are working with a growing business to find an Early Careers / Graduate Recruitment Co-ordinator. This is an exciting, broad role that encompasses the whole early careers / graduate journey from attraction, hiring through to on-boarding and developing the full graduate offering.
You’ll be working in a high performing team who are passionate and creative and will be integral to helping shape the early careers process. As the Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be focusing primarily on attracting talented graduates – from developing compelling content, managing digital channels, and enhancing candidate engagement from first contact through to on-boarding. This is a unique opportunity to blend project management, problem-solving, and creativity in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
You won’t be expected to know everything on day one – you’ll be supported with your development and will get help to enable you to grow into the role.
Key responsibilities and Ownership Areas:- Lead the creation of engaging, on-brand content (e.g. social media posts, user-generated content, webinar materials).
- Project manage the production of larger assets (e.g. website videos, hero content), working closely with the marketing/ Employer Brand team and agencies to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
- Collaborate with agencies to execute the social media strategy, including planning, scheduling, and optimising posts.
- Monitor content performance across platforms and use insights to continuously improve reach and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies for building a future talent network and talent community.
- Track performance and continuously evolve how we connect with and excite the future talent community.
- Co-develop a newsletter and email communication strategy, including content planning and scheduling.
- Develop a seamless and engaging candidate journey from application to on-boarding.
- Own the offer holder experience, including communications, engagement initiatives, and event delivery.
- Identify and implement improvements to the selection process to enhance candidate satisfaction.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or content creation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, visual content creation, and bringing fresh ideas to life, even if you’re new to recruitment. You don’t need to have done it all before - we’re looking for someone with potential, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
You will be a creative thinker with a flair for content creation and visual storytelling and have strong project management and organisational skills.
