HRLife are excited to be working with a growing, fast-paced business to find them a pro-active HR Assistant. Working in a large HR team, this is a great opportunity for someone who has gained a minimum of 12 months HR experience and is looking to take the next step. This is a broad generalist HR role that offers lots of opportunity and learning potential and would suit someone who enjoys managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding, offboarding, recruitment administration, L&D administration through to managing benefits and policies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing full administration support to the employee lifecycle to include references, changes, letters, contracts etc.
- Supporting the recruitment process, including writing and posting job adverts and managing responses.
- Updating and maintaining the HRIS, providing HR reports and providing analysis as required.
- Updating and maintaining company policies in line with current legislation.
- Overseeing the full induction and onboarding process for new starters.
- Providing accurate information to the Payroll team regarding new starters, leavers, salary and benefits etc.
- Producing and updating employment contracts and variation letters.
- Supporting the HRBP with ad-hoc projects - such as TUPE, integration projects, ER meetings etc.
- Recording and monitoring of absence, including conducting exit interviews and return to work meetings.

Based in the office near to Camberley, you’ll live locally, be a car driver and happy to be visible and getting stuck into 'everything HR.' Opportunity to study CIPD for the right individual. Salary to 25-30k plus benefits.
