HRLife are working with a values driven, people orientated business to recruit an OD partner for an initial 6 month period to lead on a change project. You'll be working with the Regional Director to support a large restructure, leading on all people related activity from aligning workforce planning, mapping out current and new potential roles, advising managers on organisational design, analysing data, rewriting JD's and coming up with a structure that is aligned to the future direction of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting change and transformation activities across the organisation
  • Partnering with leaders to build trusted relationships and improve people experience
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on people management, engagement, workforce planning and organisational change
  • Empower and coach managers, identifying capability gaps and deliver practical solutions
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
  • Use data and insights to identify current skills gaps and identify future gaps
  • Interviewing employees to understand their motivations and future career aspirations
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to support organisation-wide projects
  • Re-design JD's in line with the new structure
  • Effectively communicate changes in a positive, credible manner

You'll have a background in generalist HR and have experience of managing a restructure project previously. In addition, you'll have:

  • Experience supporting and delivering organisational change
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage complex priorities
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret and act on insights and KPIs
  • Outstanding communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and credibility

This role will be based in the office 2-3 days a week with the rest of the week at home. Business travel as needed. Essential you're mobile, ideally a car driver as there will be some travel needed. Salary c.55k plus benefits. 6 month FTC so available soon would be ideal.
