HRIT People are collaborating with a well-known multinational company. The company has over 50,000 employees in over 40 countries. After successfully collaborating with this business for over three years, we are now searching for an in-house SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join their HR/IT team in the UK for an 18 month Fixed-Term Contract. The position can mainly be remote in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- As a support & Implementation specialist, you will be utilizing your strong functional and operational knowledge to assist the project team.
- You will be supporting major projects in Employee Central and working alongside cross-functional business departments and the Team Lead.
- Additionally, you will need to understand functional and business roadmap deployment schedules.
- To ensure successful prioritized business initiatives across the SuccessFactors, you will work closely with IT peers to define and test solutions.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- You must have a minimum of 2/3+ years of hands-on experience with Employee Central.
- You should possess a working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service skills are a must.
- Ideally, Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experienced in HRIS Data Migrations.
- You must be able to explain complex concepts effectively to the business, while also being technical enough to review designs and approaches with technical resources in detail.
- Proficiency in the English language is required, and the right to work in the UK.
This position pays up to £65,000.
