As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to play a key role in designing and delivering integration solutions across their HR ecosystem.

- Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems
- Leverage SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to deliver scalable integration solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high system performance and reliability
Minimum 4 years of experience working with SAP BTP and SAP CPI
- Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems
- Broad experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment
- Experience with additional SAP modules or cloud integrations
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
