As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to play a key role in designing and delivering integration solutions across their HR ecosystem.

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems
  • Leverage SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to deliver scalable integration solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external partners
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high system performance and reliability

Minimum 4 years of experience working with SAP BTP and SAP CPI

Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems

Broad experience in SAP SuccessFactors

Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment

Experience with additional SAP modules or cloud integrations

Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies

Fully remote working within the UK
