HRIT People are collaborating with a fast-growing international consulting business specialising in HR technology and workforce transformation. Following continued growth across their analytics and AI offering, we are now supporting the search for a People Analytics / Intelligence Consultant to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy working at the forefront of HR data, analytics, and AI-driven workforce insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver workforce analytics projects such as workforce planning, turnover analysis, and predictive modelling
  • Design and implement analytics solutions using SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Support clients in defining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Contribute to data modelling and integration activities
  • Facilitate workshops and advisory sessions on People Analytics strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams on AI-driven and predictive analytics use cases
  • Support wider HR consulting teams with actionable, data-driven insights
  • Continuously develop expertise in HR analytics and modern HR technology

Qualifications:

  • Experience within HR Analytics, Data Analytics, or HR Technology consulting
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Analytics, SAC, or a similar BI platform
  • Strong understanding of HR data such as headcount, turnover, absence, and performance
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured and proactive approach to delivery and problem-solving
  • Interest in transformation and implementation projects
  • Fluency in English
