We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Early Careers Recruiter to join our client's growing team supporting the next generation of talent. Working within a process-driven and innovative Early Careers team, you will attract and recruit the best and brightest talent.
As An Early Careers Recruiter, You Will:
- Own the end-to-end Early Careers recruitment process for apprentices, industrial placements, summer placements and graduates, from application to hire.
- Liaise with hiring managers to fully understand their Early Careers recruitment needs, ensuring role requirements are accurately gathered and ways of working are established.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure we offer best-in-class candidate and hiring manager journeys.
- Execute talent attraction approach across universities and schools.
- Provide support, advice and guidance to hiring managers on Early Careers best practice.
- Help maintain ATS system (Smart Recruiter) and HR system (Workday) with current and accurate reportable data.
- Utilise external connections and build external working relationships that may be helpful resources.
- Support with client's work experience programme.
- Contribute to the overall development and promotion of the Talent and Leadership and HR function by being an active member of the wider team, supporting colleagues and taking up opportunities to work on the development of processes and projects as required.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience working within Early Careers, with a focus on attraction and recruitment.
- Completed at least two Early Careers recruitment cycles from end to end.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and self-confidence to build strong working relationships internally and externally at all levels.
- Able to manage a diverse workload and prioritise work to varying deadlines.
- Experience of developing or improving processes and tools for recruitment.
- Credibility when speaking to both candidates and stakeholders.
Also, Beneficial To Have:
- Previous HR, ATS or related system experience, and/or experience of Workday.
- Understanding of visa processes and right to work in the UK for early careers cohorts.
- Experience with engineering/technical recruitment.
- Ability to travel to universities in the UK and abroad.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
For this role, it is possible to utilise our London office; however, regular travel to our factory in Grove, Oxfordshire will be required.
