Job Description
We're Hiring: HR Manager (FTC 6–9 Months)
Location: Andover (Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite Weekly)
Start Date: Within 2–3 Weeks
Are you a bold, creative HR professional ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us on a 6–9 month fixed-term contract during a pivotal time of transformation. Reporting into the HR Director, this is a hands-on, high-impact role where HR drives strategy, and you’ll be at the heart of it.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Performance teams
- Owning the full employee lifecycle for c.90 employees
- Leading recruitment, coaching, and advisory support
- Driving talent reviews and development planning
- Delivering key outcomes for our salary review and bonus cycle (Oct–Dec)
- Shaping our inclusive, high-performance culture through engagement and behavioural frameworks
- Supporting reward and data processes – no HRIS, so you’ll need to be hands-on and resourceful
- Working closely with shared services and navigating low maturity of COEs
This is a deep partnering role, not a broad generalist. You’ll get stuck in, build trust, and deliver meaningful change.
