Are you a detail-driven Workday expert ready to make a real impact? Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our HR systems. We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Workday Analyst to support and enhance our Workday platform across multiple modules.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and more to deliver seamless Workday solutions.
- Leading the configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of new features and enhancements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with precision and speed.
- Recommending best practices to optimise Workday usage across the business.
- Managing data uploads using EIBs and supporting complex reporting needs.
- Supporting bi-annual Workday releases and key HR events like performance reviews and compensation cycles.
- Creating test plans, conducting UAT, and developing user-friendly documentation and training materials.
- Providing Level 2 support across HCM, Absence, and Advanced Compensation modules.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven hands-on experience configuring Workday across multiple modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with EIBs, report writing, and troubleshooting.
- Desirable (but not essential): exposure to Payroll, Learning, Help, and Talent & Performance modules.
