Job Description Employee Relations Specialist Location: 4 days onsite in Grove, Oxfordshire, 1 day from home Salary: circa £55,000 + benefits Are you a seasoned Employee Relations professional with a passion for navigating complex cases and driving positive change? My client is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their dynamic team and act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters. Role Purpose: As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will work closely with line managers, HRBPs, HR Ops, the wider HR function, and legal teams to deliver fair, compliant, and commercially smart outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in managing high-impact change processes and sensitive cases. Key Responsibilities: Case Management: Handle complex and high-risk cases including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability, performance, appeals, early conciliation, and Employment Tribunal claims. Consultation Support: Assist HRBPs with consultations for business change projects such as restructures, redundancy (individual and collective), TUPE, and changes in terms and conditions.
