We are seeking a Sales Development Team Leader for an IT Managed Services organisation in Manchester.

  • Base salary: £35k to £37k
  • Commission structure: £15k to £20k
  • OTE: £50k to £57k

The ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in IT Managed Services
  • Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Focus on quality interactions over quantity

Responsibilities:
