Our client is a busy, fast-paced manufacturing and logistics warehouse operation. As part of their long-term growth and commitment to absolute inventory accuracy, They are launching a brand-new, dedicatedPerpetual Stock Checking Team within their busy parts and accessory facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock-Check Team LeaderYou will head up the new inventory team, organisingdaily counting schedules and ensuring total data integrity across the system.
- Key Advantage: A valid Reach FLT Forklift Licence is a major advantage to help access high-level racking during stock audits.
- Supervisory Ethics: Proven ability to naturally manage, motivate, and guide a small team.
- Methodical Mindset: Highly structured work ethic with a strong passion for strict inventory control and data entry accuracy.
- Eye for Detail: Exceptional focus and accuracy when counting and identifying high-volume, complex parts.
- Methodical Ethos: Comfortable following systematic inventory paths to eliminate stock discrepancies.
- Data Entry: Solid basic computer literacy to log daily counts and adjust warehouse records seamlessly.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior experience in a busy parts warehouse, stores management, or logistics inventory environment.
- Reliable, focused individuals who take pride in precision and structure.
