We arecurrently recruiting Packing/Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing facility in the Stansted / Elsenham area.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a clean, modern with excellent facilities and a supportive team. Due to the location and shift times, own transport is necessary.
Pay Rates
- Early Shift: £13.45 per hour
- Late Shift: £13.65 per hour
Shift Patterns
- Early Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Late Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Weekly pay through HRGO
- Clean and well-maintained working environment
- On-site canteen
- PPE provided (excluding safety boots)
- Friendly and supportive team
- Rotating duties throughout the day
The Role
Working as part of a production team, you will be responsible for packing and preparing finished products for dispatch while maintaining high quality standards.
Duties include:
- Loading bottles onto production machinery
- Applying lids to finished products
- Packing products into boxes
- Moving and stacking completed boxes as required
- Carrying out visual quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following site health and safety procedures
Tasks are rotated approximately every two hours to keep the role varied and engaging.
Requirements
- Safety boots are essential
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Previous production, packing, warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
Site Rules
