Our client is a leading supplier of cleaning products, providing high-quality solutions to businesses across a range of industries.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and established team, providing essential administrative support within their E-Commerce and procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and supplier correspondence.
  • Update the website and online platforms with correct product information including dimensions, pricing and images.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain relevant product information.
  • Accurately input and update data across internal systems and databases.
  • Organise and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and easily accessible.
  • Provide general administrative support to managers and departments as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
