Duties include:
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including induction programs, internal training and career development conversations.
- Maintain HR systems and accurate employee records; produce routine people metrics and reports to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to culture and engagement activities, recognition programs, and initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Assist with change management activities, workforce planning and internal communications during organisational changes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies while maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
Skills/Experience required:
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and Best Practice
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- Able to build relationships to influence and advise at all levels
- Able to work with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 / 5 Qualified
