Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and evaluate contract proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle from negotiation through completion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate contract terms and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organised contract records and databases for easy retrieval and reference.
- Conduct thorough analyses of contractual terms and conditions to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Skills required:
- Experience working with contracts (admin) would be preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to undertake complex training.
