As a Civil/Municipal/Water Resource Project Manager with HRG, you will be responsible for:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage civil, municipal, and water resources projects related to public infrastructure (roadways, stormwater systems, SWM & ESC BMPs, etc.) from initiation to completion. Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Design and Reporting: Oversight and QAQC of detailed project designs and comprehensive reports tailored to client needs.
- Construction Contract Administration: Develop and administer construction contracts to ensure compliance and project success.
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial resources, monitor budgets, and maintain project profitability.
- Client Representation: Act as a trusted representative for municipal clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
- Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil, municipal and water resources engineering to include:
- Municipal representation
- Stormwater management
- Roads
- Utilities
- Construction administration
- Ordinance and plan review
- Environmental permits (PADEP, USACE, FEMA)
- PENNDOT permits
- Grant applications
- Project presentations
- Specification writing
- Meeting facilitation
- Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, etc.
- Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays.
- Valid US Driver’s License is required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
