A genuinely lovely food and beverage business is looking for someone to take the reins of its online shop and turn it into a proper growth engine. This is a close-knit SME with a passionate team, a great product and a loyal customer base. You will report directly to the Managing Director and have real ownership. No layers. No endless sign-off loops. Just a chance to shape, test, improve and grow. It is hands-on and varied.
