Redditch | Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
We're looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Creative Designer who genuinely understands what makes content perform across digital and performance marketing channels.
This isn't a traditional graphic design role. We're looking for someone who understands the psychology behind high performing social and performance marketing creative, knows how to stop people scrolling, and enjoys using data and insights to continually improve performance.
Working as part of a fast growing digital business, you'll have the opportunity to influence creative strategy, plan campaigns, analyse performance and produce content that directly impacts growth.
What you'll be doing
- Designing engaging static, carousel and video assets for Meta platforms and performance marketing channels
- Creating scroll stopping creative that delivers strong engagement and conversion.
- Working alongside marketing to plan campaigns and creative concepts.
- Reviewing campaign performance and using insights to improve future creative.
- Testing new ideas, formats and messaging to maximise results.
- Keeping up to date with platform trends, creative best practice and algorithm changes.
About you
- A minimum two years experience creating digital design assets
- Good understanding of Meta advertising and what drives performance.
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and applying learnings.
- Creative, commercially aware and eager to develop.
