We are pleased to be partnering with an ambitious, fast growing international B2B organisation operating at the forefront of advanced manufacturing, scientific materials, precision engineering, and high performance technologies as they look to appoint a commercially focused Marketing Manager. This is a highly visible, data driven role sitting close to the commercial leadership team, focused on demand generation, customer engagement, pipeline growth, and marketing performance across international markets.

The business supplies specialist products and technical solutions into sectors including aerospace, electronics, medical research, clean energy, and advanced engineering, supporting some of the world’s most innovative organisations globally.

The client is looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Strong B2B marketing track record with clear evidence of delivering commercially measurable results and a minimum four years working in management positions.
  • A highly commercial mindset with proven experience driving lead generation, pipeline growth, conversion improvement, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
  • A strong analytical and data led approach to marketing, using insight and performance metrics to shape decision making and optimise campaigns.
  • Experience working with CRM, automation, and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, campaign performance, and account based marketing environments.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands on within a fast paced commercial environment.
