The focus is on ensuring campaigns are aligned, commercially relevant, and consistently generating high-quality opportunities. You will also play an important role in strengthening lead nurture, improving channel support, and managing agency performance against clear standards.
What we are looking for
- Senior integrated marketing professional with a strong track record across B2B and B2B2C environments
- Experience leading and developing a marketing team
- Strong background in integrated marketing and demand generation
- Good understanding of performance marketing channels and CRM-led marketing
- Commercially driven, with a track record of improving lead quality as well as volume
- Experience managing external agencies and improving performance
- Ideally, experience working with well-positioned, design-led or premium brands
This is an opportunity to take on a visible leadership role in a well-positioned business and help shape the next phase of growth. If of interest, happy to have an initial confidential conversation.
