This is a genuinely exciting senior growth marketing leadership role within one of the fastest growing businesses in its category. Our D2C health tech client is scaling quickly, with significant investment behind digital, brand and customer experience. They have built a high calibre senior leadership team and are now looking for a commercially driven Head of Digital Growth to play a central role in the next phase leading on performance, acquisition and trading activity, whilst building a best in class team.

This position carries real influence. You will own digital trading and performance across multiple channels, lead a strong in house team and work closely with the board on commercial strategy, investment and growth planning. There are meaningful budgets to work with and genuine appetite for testing, optimisation and innovation. It is an opportunity to shape the future of a high growth digital healthcare business while operating within a best in class leadership environment.

The role:

  • Own revenue, conversion and digital trading performance across channels
  • Lead and develop a multi discipline marketing team
  • Drive testing, optimisation and customer journey improvements
  • Shape campaign strategy, merchandising and channel mix
  • Partner with leadership on forecasting, planning and growth strategy
  • Build scalable frameworks for continued rapid growth

About you:

  • Senior growth marketing leader with a strong track record of growing high performing teams
  • D2C background with a strong track record across both trading, CRO and performance marketing.
  • Significant scale up or start up experience and track record of success within start ups is essential
  • Health tech or health sector background advantageous.
  • Strong commercial track record with P&L responsibility
  • Experience scaling digital performance in a fast growth environment
  • Comfortable leading teams and influencing at board level
