This role will require four days in office with one day working from home. This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the fastest growing eCommerce businesses in the UK. As Merchandiser, your focus will be on stock merchandising ensuring the right products are available, visible, and optimised to drive sales. You will manage product flow across the UK and US, monitor availability, and work closely with buying and eCommerce teams to make informed trading decisions. This includes analysing stock data, identifying overstock or low availability risks, and driving promotional activity to maximise revenue.

The role offers genuine visibility and variety. You will contribute to category trading performance, supplier relationships, and international expansion while helping to keep the website commercially optimised at all times.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum four years’ experience in a digital merchandising, trading, or stock-focused role
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking with confidence using data to make decisions
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on product availability and trading performance
  • Track record of delivering best practice in stock management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across buying, marketing, and eCommerce teams
  • Knowledge of eCommerce merchandising would be advantageous although traditional retail experience is great also.
