As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Digital and Marketing, you will lead talent acquisition and client engagement efforts. This is a 360 role with a strong focus on business development and relationship building. You will be trained to excel, winning new clients through relationship management, email marketing, talent sourcing, client relationship management, job advertising, and candidate sourcing.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum 12 months of commercial sales experience or a graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher.
